On Halloween night, Dan and Emma from the Adept team joined friends, family, and supporters at the Merched y Môr leaving party – a brilliant evening filled with excitement and pride as the crew prepare for the incredible adventure ahead.
Soon, the team will be heading to La Gomera to make their final preparations before setting off across the Atlantic Ocean this December as part of the World’s Toughest Row. Rowing over 3,000 miles to Antigua, Merched y Môr will face one of the most demanding endurance challenges on the planet – powered by determination, teamwork, and Welsh spirit.
Merched y Môr are taking on this monumental challenge to raise funds and awareness for four fantastic charities that make a real difference in communities across Wales and beyond:
Action for Children – supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families across the UK.
