Adept GRP Ltd was founded in April 2004 by its current Directors, Vernon Phillips & Richard Vaughan. Both Directors have extensive experience in the Industry having in excess of 50 years service between them.

Vernon has the benefit of attending a Composites Course at Plymouth University in addition to various Management Courses covering issues ranging from Body Language through to Production Planning. Vernon is very much a “people person” and if you’re after some friendly advice regarding Design, Construction or Availability he’s the man to speak to.

Richard has developed an enviable reputation through his unrivalled knowledge of the Industry and his ability to turn a Customers idea into reality. Richard has extensive experience in relation to Health and Safety and manages both Quality and Environmental issues within the Company.
